Applicability of General Sales Conditions

1. These General Sales Terms and Conditions apply to any and all purchases and sales that are in any way described, mentioned, promoted or listed in the catalogue for Vyaara (“We” or “Us”) for India. Only the terms outlined here apply. By ordering, the Customer accepts these General Sales Terms and Conditions. Entisi may change these terms at any time. Orders placed after the changes take effect will follow the updated terms.

5. Product availability -You'll find most of Vyaara's products in our catalogue. Sometimes, items might be out of stock or unavailable. Please give us a call, as we often introduce new products. Some of our special, handcrafted gifts are unique and available in small numbers. To be sure, call Vyaara before placing your order. For gift baskets, if an item is unavailable, Vyaara will replace it with something of equal or better value. We might also adjust the way gift items are arranged to ensure they arrive safely.
6. Governing law-All of our transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra without regard to its choice of laws and provisions.
